About
KOPO is a clothing label
from Salem, Tamil Nadu.
We make unisex apparel in small drops. Each drop is a short, finished thought — a dozen pieces, one colorway each, designed together so they speak to each other. When a drop sells through, it isn't reprinted.
Salem has been a textile town for generations. Spinning mills, dye houses, powerloom sheds — the trade runs through families here, including ours. KOPO works with that ecosystem directly: fabric sourced and finished within the district where possible, stitched in small batches, checked by hand.
We don't divide the catalog by gender. Every piece is cut on a shared block and sized S through XXL; the size guide tells you what the fabric will do, and you decide how you want it to fall.
Drop 01 — The Valentine's Line-up — is where we begin: twelve pieces named for the month that takes feelings seriously, in powder blue, crimson, wine, mocha and cream.

How we work
- Small drops, not seasons. A drop ships when it's ready and stays until it sells through.
- One colorway per piece. We'd rather get one right than hedge across five.
- Made near home. Fabric, trims and stitching from the Salem–Erode–Coimbatore belt.
- Unisex by default. Bodies vary more within any label than between them.
